The DDoEFM (CI&D) will be a senior management team member of the EFM Team and will have responsibility for developing long-term strategic policy and business planning for capital development functions. Amongst other duties, they will:

This is a Renault Heavy Vehicle Service & Maintenance Manufacturer Apprenticeship programme, delivered by Remit Training. Awarding Body: Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) Training is delivered in the workplace and on block release at Remit’s dedicated Heavy Vehicle Academy in Derby. There are a total of 17 blocks over the 34 month programme, which are split between 2 days of virtual classes and 3 days in Derby. The costs for accommodation, food and travel are met by the employer and there will be no cost to you. Our Schools Maintenance Team is expanding, and we have a vacancy for a mobile Maintenance engineer covering North Lincolnshire.
Do you have experience required in:
Joinery
Plumbing
Painting and decorating
Groundworks
General building
Shopfitting
A working knowledge of health and safety in the workplace
This role is practical, fast-paced and physical, but also hugely satisfying allowing the successful applicant to maintain buildings, facilities, equipment and plant to a high standard and to design and build innovative solutions that genuinely enhance the lives of staff and children in our care.
In this practical role you will:
Deliver outstanding maintenance and development services to our schools in Scunthorpe, Grimsby, Cleethorpes and Crowle.
Be enthusiastic, energetic, well-motivated and able to think outside of the box.
Use your initiative, experience and skills to provide a first-class service at all times.
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
Be involved in wider projects renovating schools.
