VCA North Idaho Animal Hospital located in Sandpoint, Idaho is looking for our next Certified Veterinary Technician to work with our 5 doctor team.
Our Certified Veterinary Technicians provide excellent patient care with a focus on wellness and client education with opportunities to develop their dream career. We provide the tools and resources for our licensed technicians to specialize in the areas that are passionate to them
Requirements: Must have a current veterinary technician license in the state of Idaho or eligible to transfer/obtain a license in Idaho. Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in a general practice. Fear-Free certified a plus but a sense of humor a requirement.
Schedule: Full-time opportunity, 4/10’s, one weekend per month. Open 6 days a week. M-F 7:30am to 5:30pm, Sat 8:00am-3:00pm and no after hour emergencies or call shifts.
Compensation: Starting at $22 – 25 / hour. Pay dependent on experience and licensure. 2-weeks paid vacation, CE benefits, and professional development being offered. Relocation Assistance available for the right candidate.
