You will also produce evidence of insurance/certificates/letters of Undertaking for third parties of client's instructions and review documents at key stages to ensure they are accurate. Other duties will include processing premiums and other transactions as necessary and generating the correct market closing documents. You will be responsible for managing premium payments and pursue the receipts of funds from clients to ensure settlement terms/PPWs are met

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as a Technician handling an international markets will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will be confident in the understanding of Insurance Market procedures and have good knowledge of back office, post placement functions and how this aligns with front end process. You will show willingness to continue to develop knowledge of products and related issues through formal and informal learning, both internally and externally to the firm.

Role and Responsibilities

• Our technicians are responsible for the servicing, repair and diagnostics of all vehicles in the workshop, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standard first time.
• The main responsibilities would include electrical and mechanical repairs, including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts and air conditioning servicing.

-Ensure contractual and statutory compliance for the site with auditing, reporting and monitoring

-Management and reporting responsibility of P&L

-Management of reactive tasks achieving ‘first time fixes' to achieve efficient and satisfactory completion

-Host/attend key stakeholder meetings

-Make recommendations to deliver an enhanced operation / additional services / efficiencies

What we are looking for
-Experience of delivering operational Facilities Management service excellence within a large high profile office(s) environment (or similar)

-Good knowledge of FM operations, H&S and statutory compliance requirements

-Proven stakeholder management capability with experience of managing relationships with client stakeholders

Your new job working as Broker support Technician will be for a Wholesale Lloyd's Broker based in the heart of the City. Your new company specialises in the delivery of Corporate Insurance solutions with each programme individually tailored to the specific requirements of the business. With offices throughout the South East, Midlands and London, Due to growth within the team, a permanent position as a Broker Support Technician has arisen.




Your new role
Your new job working as a Broker Support Technician will include general administrative duties to include processing on the ECF system - Broker CLASS & IMR. Preparation and submission of bordereaux to Lloyd's and London Market Companies. You will manage New Business and enquiry log for the branch, producing statistics as required as well as the preparation of Lloyd's and Company documentation (slips/MRC's, risk presentations, renewal invitations, invoices, cover notes, policy documents etc.) Other duties will include the creation of LPANS and submission to XIS. Uploading to PPL (New Gen PPL) and the production of management reports from Acturis. This role will also include Account handling for renewals and MTA's; as and when required.


What you\'ll need to succeed
Your previous experience working either as either a Broker support Technician or Broker back up Technician will contribute to your success in securing this role. Previous Insurance experience - Lloyds & London market preferable. Ideally you will have experience with IMR & Xchanging, LPANS & XIS, MRC preparation preferable You will have good time management and communication skills and be a team player. You'll be a proficient user of Microsoft Office to include Word, PowerPoint and Excel and you will be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
