Job Description:
· Ensure that facilities and their areas are clean and operational.
· Check all equipment that requires replacement items as needed.
· Maintain and control the use of stock, equipment & consumables.
· Liaise with purchasing department when inventory is low.
· Ensure cleaning and maintenance roster is kept to schedule.
Requirements:
· Must have facilities maintenance working experience
· Must be Physically fit to cope with the duties
· Willing to travel everywhere to perform duties
· Willing to be team player
· Computer literacy advantageous
