• Provide lower extremity orthotic interventions including evaluations, cast impressions for fabrication, fittings, and modifications.
• Provide a full range of direct pediatric physical therapy procedures, diagnostics, and treatment services for the Military Treatment Facility (MTF) in the neonatal intensive care unit.

• Serve as a Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist in a general medical and surgical hospital, independently performing complex and highly specialized CT procedures.
• Schedule, receive, and review requests from physicians and other health care providers for examinations.
• Perform the full range of diagnostic CT examinations/procedures, including but not limited to: neuro, chest, abdominal, chest, pediatric, extremity, body, muscular skeletal.
• Monitor equipment status indicators to prevent damage and liaison with equipment vendors and WAMC equipment maintenance staff for equipment maintenance.
• Instruct medical, professional, and paraprofessional personnel in the theoretical and practical aspects of quality assurance and quality control in the Radiology Department as it relates to PAC system.

What to Expect

• Serves as assistant to a higher-grade maintenance worker/mechanic in maintaining all equipment and facilities in optimum operating condition. Assists in the performance of one or more trade practices associated with occupations such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, painting, and other related trades.
• Assists maintenance workers in performing general maintenance, repair and/or alterations to such items as: doors, floors, floor covering, walls, ceiling, windows, electrical switches, receptacles and light fixtures, commodes, wash basins and showers.
• Assists in performing repair of recreation/mess equipment and appliances and other related maintenance and/or custodial duties.
• Assists in the performance of simple plumbing repairs, replacing faucets or washers; repairing toilet flushing devices; clearing clogged drains, and tightening leaking pipe joints.
• Assists in the performance of light maintenance on air conditioning units and intermediate maintenance on equipment in the facility.  May assist in the performance of minor electrical repairs to switches and boxes, and replace electric lights, fuses and fixtures.
• Assists in the preparation of ball fields, setting up of bleachers, and maintaining parks and associated grounds maintenance.
• Drives motor vehicles that have an approximate gross vehicle weight (GVW) of more than 10,000 pounds and up to 26,000 pounds for delivery of materials, to and from worksites, warehouses, dumps, etc.
• May perform routine operator maintenance.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Performs a wide variety of systems application and maintenance which may include standard office software, basic Integrated Library System and PC management.

Quality Assurance Technician
Harrogate, £30,900k DOE, 4-day week

Excellent opportunity to join a food manufacturer in the Harrogate area. The role will include all aspect of ensuring food safety and managing to customer complaints in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We are open to considering a food Science graduate with placement experience for this role or a candidate with previous experience at this level.
2 shifts available on permanent days or nights the night shift carries a 20% shift allowance.

The role of Quality Assurance Technician will include:
*Maintaining the company's quality controls, procedures, standards, specifications & policies in line with HACCP, GMP and BRC
*Training and guidance of production operatives to ensure adherence to SOP's
*Undertake microbiological testing on finished products, raw materials, and packaging
*Maintain and calibrate testing equipment
*Prepare samples and complete allergen testing
*Undertake internal and supplier quality audits
*Ensure that all suppliers continue to meet the quality requirements of the company.
*Maintain technical reports, quality documentation, and test results
*Contribute to the development and improvement of quality management systems
*Investigate customer complaints, non-conformance, and incidents of food contamination.

*Assist in product recalls if necessary and handle communication with regulatory authorities
*Implement change and improvement in performance and quality

Qualifications
* 2 Years experience in a quality assurance role
* Level 3 in Food Safety
* Knowledge of quality assurance principles, including HACCP, Pre-requisites, GMP, Auditing, Traceability, NCR's
* Strong analytical skills to evaluate data effectively
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Quality Assurance Technician you will:
Ideally have worked within a QA role in the food industry or similar
Level 3 in Food Safety
Working knowledge of HACCP, Pre-requisites, GMP, Auditing, Traceability, NCR's
Have excellent communication and training skills
Ideally hold you will have Food Safety and HACCP certificates
Demonstrate an ability to understand BRC Version 9 Global Standards Food Safety
Own transport essential
