Mobile Vehicle Technician

Location: This position is covering the local and the surrounding area.
Salary: £17.50ph with an exceptional career progression plan to increase your base salary. Any overtime worked is around £25 per hour!
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours, with shifts falling between 8am and 5pm, (up to 8pm in the summer months) with 1 in 4 Saturdays, paid at time and a half!

Vehicle Technician role:

• To observe, recognise and report on vehicle or component defects or symptoms of impending failure.
• To examine vehicles completely and report orally or in writing upon the vehicles condition, safety and reliability and performance (MOT).
• To protect all vehicles under repair against damage and to inspect each vehicle for damage and cleanliness upon completion of repair.
• To attend recognised courses of instruction as and when required and to assist in the training of apprentices upon assignment.
• To always seek permission before fitting parts to customers vehicles that have not been previously authorised and to return parts for warranty and customer inspection at all times.
• To ensure all service and maintenance sheets, customer defect reports, manufacturer paperwork and electronic documentation, e.g. PDI sheets are fully completed and signed off.

Requirements Vehicle Technician:

Pharmacy Technician - Job Description Responsible to: This role is directly employed by the North West Leicestershire GP Federation and the post holder will work for the North West Leicestershire PCN. Job Summary The post holder is a Pharmacy Technician, who acts within their professional boundaries, supporting and working alongside a team of pharmacists and technicians in General Practice. In this role they will be supported by a Senior Clinical Pharmacist who will develop, manage and mentor them. The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a patient facing role. The purpose of the role is to lead improvements to maximise safe, cost-effective best practice in prescribing to improve the quality of patient care. You will help patients to get the best from their medicines by switching medications to agreed and approved protocols, improving repeat prescribing processes in general practices, including promotion of repeat dispensing and online ordering, minimising clinical risk and aiming to reduce wasted medicines. The post holder will provide support to general practice staff with regards to prescription and medication queries. Carry out medicines switches in GP practices in line with practice and CCG agreed specific protocols reviewing patients records; amending records and informing patients. They will help support the repeat prescriptions system promoting electronic repeat dispensing and online ordering. Carry out housekeeping whilst in patient records e.g., dose optimisation and medicines synchronisation. The post holder will be the first port of call to answer and deal with any medicines related queries from administration and reception staff plus any medicines related queries from dispensary staff. The aim of which is to improve the quality of care for our patients and operational efficiencies within the PCN, so requires motivation and passion to deliver excellent service within General Practice. Main Responsibilities

As the successful Maintenance Engineer, you will report to the Site Manager and will be responsible for managing all aspects of electrical and mechanical maintenance and plant reliability; including the management of breakdown cause and availability analysis.

On a day to day basis, duties and responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer will include (not exhaustive):

• Identifying and managing safety and energy opportunities

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal Maintenance Engineer will be a time served electrical technician with experience within an industrial environment. Additional experience in mechanical fitting, welding and industrial automation would also be of benefit.

If you have a time served electrical apprenticeship with qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or have previous experience of working within an electrical industrial environment, this would be beneficial as would having a knowledge of electrical standards and maintenance practices.
