Job Description

The Office Administrator will manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the company, ensuring that all office tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with excellent time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform daily office administrative tasks which include documentation, filling, correspondences, coordinating, calculation & following up on pending matters.
• Manage office operations by maintaining procedures for filing systems, record-keeping, invoicing/bookkeeping/delivery order generation
• Handle incoming calls and correspondence (e-mail/mails), route messages to appropriate members within organization.

Job Responsibilities:
