Job Description :

• Perform service, maintenance and repair Ai Robotic machines in both warehouse and at customers’ sites
• Focus on Ai Robotic machine and general maintenance of equipment and machinery
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on all equipment
• Be on-call to respond to urgent customer needs on site
• Able to travel outstation and work overtime to get job done
• Provide training to customer on the usage of equipment

Requirement :

Job Description:

• Overall responsible for managing the Engineering & Maintenance Department.
• To study, plan and organize factory machinery, equipment & utilities upkeep & preventive maintenance works in order to reduce breakdown and effective repairs so as to achieve Engineering & Maintenance Department target and objectives.
• To liaise and work closely with production staff in order to optimize performance of plant machinery.
• To plan & organize the deployment of personnel and assignment of works.
• To oversee the Engineering Store operation.
• Liaise with overseas/local vendors and contractors pertaining to outsourcing of spare parts & services.
• Liaise closely with procurement and study together in order to get the optimum pricing, services and delivery timing.
• Ensure that the department adhere to the company procurement process & procedure e.g. proposal, verification and approval and on a timely manner.
• Ensure timely completion & submission of reports and document (e.g. MRRF, PR, and etc) for processing.
• Monitoring the department, staff and vendor performance (accurate recording, data analysis and etc).
• To ensure the department recording and filing and others in accordance with QMS.
• Overseeing and verification of contractor's work and performance.
• To overall look into/manage the manpower requirement, workers' absenteeism, health & safety issue and disciplinary issue. If required to consult HR department for further action.

We are looking for a dynamic biomedical technician to join our company. You will have to responsible for keeping all equipment in good working order. This including installing and maintaining medical equipment, preparing equipment performance reports, and instructing personnel in the care and use of equipment.

• Performing routine maintenance checks on biomedical equipment through testing, calibrating, and troubleshooting.
• Installing new biomedical equipment and adjusting the device according to medical specifications.
• Training staff members to operate and care for equipment with physical demonstrations and educational presentations.
• Updating the inventory, placing orders, and verifying deliveries.
• Repairing faulty machinery on a routine basis and tending to emergency repairs as needed.
• Keeping a digital record of equipment repairs, faulty components, and recalibrated devices.

You must have

• A bachelor's degree / diploma in biomedical engineering or technology, or a similar field.

BROAD FUNCTION

To manage effectively, coordinate with maintenance team on Building maintenance, facilities, fixtures fittings and equipment’s preventive maintenance program.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. All plant building maintenance, inclusive minor electrical works and other plant related works.
2. Responsible for maintenance and operation of the facility (including electrical systems, mechanical systems, janitorial services, and all other aspects of the business’ operations).
3. Responsible for building and equipment maintenance programs including plumbing, Electrical works, HVAC, fire/ life safety systems, plant utilities and facilities.
4. General maintenance on the chillers, A/C & up keeping
5. Inspection, maintenance of all support system including fire alarm system.
6. Incoming raw water system, water chilling system maintenance & Up keeping
7. Incoming gas receiving & usage monitoring
8. Supporting to Mechanical Engineer & Supervisor on all mechanical related work.
9. Maintenance of silo system pumps & up keeping
10. Manages energy conservation programs and tracks utility usage/ costs.
11. Investigates or ensures adequate investigation of all incidents and facilitates corrective action to prevent future occurrence.
12. Manage and lead contractor, vendors and service providers to perform maintenance works.

JOB SUMMARY

This position will develop new sales relationships and manage ongoing client needs for packaging film services in accordance with standardized processes and company policies. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Formulate innovative business model to promote packaging film to new customers in different industries.
• Approach customer for company profile introduction, understanding customers need and requirements for packaging film.
• Carry market research and study pertaining to the marketing trend and opportunities and support superior the latest business opportunities to strengthen the Company's competitive edge.
• Build key customer accounts, to retain existing customers and to acquire new customers and to achieve the sales forecast and target set by the Company.
