Your new role
Cleaning Manager, you will deal with the hr related duties of the role (performance, grievances, rota's, training etc). Work with the operations manager to ensure the site is clean and secure. Managing the portfolio, which is a large building. Updating stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience of cleaning. Ideally, candidates will have come from: cleaning manager, cleaning supervisor, Facilities Manager (soft services scope), operations manager (cleaning focused) and so on. A 5 yr UK work history (SC clearance). A driving licence or a reliable way to get to the site as there is no public transport that goes to the site.
