The Senior Housekeeper is responsible for a high quality housekeeping service and ensuring the service promotes patient care on the hospital site. This role is a Mobile Role and require travelling to West & east midlands up to Cambridge.

What we need from you as a Maintenance Electrician:

• Experience working as a maintenance electrician/engineer
• City & Guilds or BTECH qualification in electrical installation or maintenance
• Served a recognised apprenticeship
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems & electrical maintenance practices
• Working knowledge of PPM`s and Reactive Maintenance
• Experienced in electrical fault finding and repairs
• Qualified to carry out electrical installations to regulations
• A strong understanding of safe systems of work
• The ability to work safely under own supervision or as part of a team

Desirable:

• Inspection & testing qualified (18th edition)
• NVQ3
• Multi skilled experience
• Experience in the maintenance

Duties to include:

• Maintain all equipment to standards expected
• Completion of preventative maintenance tasks
• Fault find and carry out repairs
• Involvement in projects like new installations
• Ensure safe working practices are always adhered to
• Record and document work completed using PC/Mobile based maintenance software
• To work across multisite locations
• To be able to work unsupervised or as part of a team and follow procedures as required
• Be dependable, trustworthy with an excellent time & attendance record

Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

Our client is a leading provider of M&E building services engineering and facilities management, providing a high specification client base with tailored and bespoke technical engineering solutions.

A Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer is required to carry out PPM, servicing, fault finding and reactive/breakdown repairs to air conditioning systems & equipment to include VRV, VRF, Splits, Cooling systems and AHU & FCU within a number of commercial/corporate buildings & industrial facilities located throughout the West & East Midlands areas.

In addition to the air conditioning aspect of the position the successful candidate will also carry out monthly PPM/general building services tasks to include fabric maintenance, plumbing & emergency light tests.

Salary: up to £44k (Based on skills & experience)

Candidate Requirements & Additional Information

• City & Guilds and/or NVQ in Air Conditioning/Refrigeration
• City & Guilds F-Gas (CAT 1)
• Recognised Air Conditioning/Refrigeration/HVAC apprenticeship
• Driving License

Additional Information

• Company Van i.e. Ford Connect (Reasonable personal use permitted)
• Call-out rota 1 - 5
• Call-out runs from Friday - Friday
• Call-out paid at £77.00 a week
• Monday to Friday 08.00am to 16.30pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
• Overtime - Saturday after 12.00 and Sunday & Bank/Public Holidays is double time.
• £77.00 a week plus the prevailing rate of attending call-outs during that period. This equates to c£1000.00 for the standby allowance & call-out at the prevailing rate.
• 25 days holiday + stats + Holidays
