Due to continued success and part of an ambitious growth plan, our client is for a confident and experienced:

• Mobile Maintenance Electricians (PPMs) fully qualified
• Electrical Testing Technicians (EICR plus PPMs) fully qualified plus 2391
• Mobile Maintenance Engineers (electrical bias, minor works basic PPMs) part qualified

Mobile Maintenance Electricians (PPMs)

Job functions:

• Reporting directly to the Head Office
• Looking after commercial customers, predominantly retailers/wholesalers, carrying out compliance visits
• Remedial works to NICEIC standards
• Lighting maintenance and occasional project work
• Emergency light testing
• Fire alarm testing
• PAT
• Fire extinguisher servicing
• Remedial works

Desired Experience & Credentials

• Fully Qualified Electrician 2365 with NVQ or 2360 part 2 or 2330 level 3 and EAL/AM2 or SQV3 (Ideally including 18th Edition) any other relevant equivalents we be acceptable.
• UK driving licence (maximum of 6 points)
• PPM experienced
• IT literate and able to use a Smartphone/Tablet

Experience and Qualifications 
You don’t need experience to join our Accommodation Cleaning Team. You may already be a Cleaner or Housekeeper but if not, that’s ok! We will provide the training and support required to ensure you are great at what you do.

Experience in research is not essential as full training will be given. You will be supported by the Senior Research Nurse for the division along with a host of research professionals to work alongside. Training needs will be identified at the start of the post and as the post progresses. Initially this post is for a 12 month fixed term contract with the scope to extend. Permanent - Full Time – 39 Hours

Due to the growth and expansion of the Lovell South West region, we have an opportunity for a Project Cleaner to join our prestigious site in Weymouth.

You will be responsible for cleaning the site welfare facilities and office space at Bincombe Park, Weymouth, to include male and female toilets, canteens, induction room, stores, and site office. You will also clean open plan offices with kitchenette, meeting rooms and most importantly, our show home, ensuring the clean is to the highest of standards. The role will also require build and sparkle cleans of all the new plots being built through the construction phase.

Candidates will have proven experience within a similar role, with the ability to follow instructions, working as part of a team as well as independently and under your own initiative. Punctual, confident and organised, you will have excellent attention to detail and will ideally hold a CSCS card.
