The Career and Professional Development Centre Executive is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and delivery of learning and development programs aimed at enhancing skills and competencies. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to assess training needs, assist in program development, and facilitate training sessions, contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Needs Assessment:
- Collaborate with clients to gather insights on training requirements.
- Assist in conducting training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities.
- Program Support:
- To work with the faculty member on the design and development of engaging learning materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Assist in the coordination of training logistics, including scheduling sessions, booking venues, and managing resources.
- Manage all Human Resources Development Fund (HRD Corp) related programme and grant applications.
- Proficient with the HRD Corp eTRIS system.
- Evaluation and Feedback:
- Collect and analyze participant feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Assist in tracking training outcomes and maintaining records of participation and assessments.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Contribute ideas for improving existing training programs and developing new initiatives.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with clients to promote available training programs and encourage participation.
- Assist in the development of a learning culture by engaging employees in professional development opportunities.
- Any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, or a related field.
- Familiarity with training methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with the HRD Corp eTRIS system and related grants
- Proficient with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e learning tools are desirable.
