Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Influencer & social media coordinator to support our Influencer and Social Media Manager. This role will focus on the administrative and operational aspects of influencer partnerships and community engagement. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and has a keen interest in wellness and digital media. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in influencer relations and community management in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing, vetting, and onboarding influencers aligned with IM8 Health’s brand values and goals.
- Handle administrative tasks for influencer campaigns, including scheduling posts, tracking deliverables, and coordinating content approvals.
- Maintain a centralized database of influencers and update it regularly with contact information, campaign history, and performance metrics.
- Monitor influencer posts for adherence to brand guidelines and compliance, flagging any discrepancies.
- Handle administrative coordination with influencer agencies, including contracts, payment schedules, and logistics.
- Support team meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
- Help manage content assets, maintaining an organized digital library of influencer and community content for quick access.
- Assist in managing shipping logistics for influencer gifting programs, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.
- 1+ year of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing (internship experience welcome).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) and social media management tools.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting metrics; ability to compile and interpret social media data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace. Knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
- Exposure in working in US market is a plus
- An interest in the wellness, skincare, or health industry is highly desirable.
