We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Sales team working in Bristol

As an account manager you will embody Bauer Media’s values and drive Bauer’s company strategy and goals into the commercial business to a high standard within agreed parameters and desired timelines. Taking personal revenue responsibility for a number of accounts, you will have responsibility to grow revenues across the Bristol area for Greatest Hits radio and the wider Bauer portfolio.


The Team

Representing Bauer Audio UK for the Greatest Hits radio brand in Bristol you will be part of the south team, collaborating across the South of England and beyond as part of an extensive, expanded team of professionals working across our brands such as Absolute, Magic, Kiss and many others across the UK.


This role is Office, Field and Home based and includes a company car. The office location connected to this role is in Bristol

What you’ll do:

As an account manager, you’ll be working hard to attract and win new clients and develop our existing client portfolio.

You’ll be responsible for:


- Executing Bauer’s commercial strategy
- Growing group revenues across your territory and the wider Bauer portfolio
- Managing advertising inventory and price
- Developing key internal and external customer relationships
- Achieving personal and team revenue targets


What you will bring:


Communication Skills: You will possess exceptional communication skills that are especially important in enabling effective communication between internal and external partners.
Communication skills are necessary for the account manager when it comes to drafting reports and making presentations to customers, team members, sales management and key stakeholders.

Technological: You should demonstrate high proficiency in technological systems and programs and an ability to learn and adapt quickly when necessary.
Ideally proficient within Ms office, you will have skills in creating both visually and verbally engaging reports and presentations for the senior sales management, sales teams and external customers and relevant stakeholders.

Analytical Skills: You will ideally have a keen interest in conducting research and data-driven insights.
The candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of the business’s product range as well as standard strategic, analytical, and marketing concepts.
