• Serve as a working leader of employees who perform a variety of duties concerned with the inventory control, warehousing, shipping, and fork-lifting operations of unclassified forms and publications.
• Perform inventory control, warehousing, distribution, cross-picking, packing, preparation of shipping manifest documents, salvaging of unclassified forms and publications.
• Notify appropriate offices of discrepancies and follow up on actions.
• Pack a variety of publications and forms for shipment using prefabricated containers, mailing tubes, cushioned envelopes and other packing materials.
• Pull stock for issue to include selection of appropriate shipping containers, preparing bin replenishment forms, and resolving discrepancies in stock nomenclature.

• Develop and maintain Standard Army Publication storage, distribution and ordering systems.
• Perform studies, determine system requirements, develop functional system descriptions and test requirements.
• Conduct reviews, inspections, and analyses of all functions involved in processing publication requests and Army resupply orders to ensure the most efficient and economical means are being utilized.
• Validate postproduction products for quality and performance to include analysis on discrepancy root cause and recommendations for process and efficiency improvement opportunities.

My client is recruiting for a dynamic and creative Marketing and Social Media Manager to join their team. This Marketing & Social Media Manager will be reporting to the Sales Director. They are looking for a candidate who has strong knowledge of marketing strategies and social media platforms, along with experience in content creation, campaign management, and brand awareness. This role will involve planning, executing, and monitoring the company's marketing strategies across various channels to increase online presence and drive customer engagement. Duties will include but not limited to:

• Develop and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Create, curate, and manage content for various platforms.
• Monitor and respond to audience engagement, comments, and messages.
• Analyse and report social media performance metrics.
• Stay updated on trends, algorithm changes, and best practices across all social platforms.
• Write and optimise content for the website, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital media.
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all marketing materials.
• Manage relationships with influencers, partners, and external content creators.
• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid ads.
• Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, ensuring KPIs are met.
• Analyse data to inform future campaigns and optimise marketing activities.
• Ensure that all marketing efforts align with the brand's tone, style, and values.
• Monitor brand mentions, online reviews, and feedback, responding appropriately to maintain a positive reputation.
• Assist in the development of the overall marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted marketing approaches to attract potential customers.
• Main lead for organising events and exhibitions to promote the company.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job you will require:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, marketing tools, and analytics.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and content creation.
• Experience with paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a bonus.
• Data analysis & reporting, project management and brand strategy

Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « Apprenti(e) Chargé(e) de communication (All gender) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d’Airbus Atlantic sur son site de Saint-Nazaire.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 2 personnes au sein du département Communication.

Cet apprentissage consistera à accompagner l’équipe Communication sur la coordination et l’animation du plan de communication.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2024 pour une durée de 2 ans.

Tâches et responsabilités:

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Rédiger et diffuser du contenu pour différents canaux de communication (magazine interne, intranet, réseau TV, mass mailing interne, newsletter…)

• Participer activement à l’organisation d’événements internes

• Concevoir et mettre en forme des supports de communication (kakémono, affiche, dépliant, présentations…).

• Réaliser des photos/vidéos ou assurer le suivi de tournages professionnels (coordination, gestion de projet)
