Emmanuel Celebration Centre is a vibrant church in the heart of the Berkshire Community. We are looking to recruit a Charity Worker-Church social media and IT Manager in support of the growing need within out church. Join us and make a real difference in our online platforms.
General Responsibilities:
• As a social media and IT Manager you will support in the coordination of our social media platforms, website, and our YouTube Channel
• You will be accountable to the Pastor and set a positive Christian example to the media team that you will be working with.
• You will establish a good working relationship with the online community by maintaining a regular update on our programs, devotions, uplifting messages, and ensuring any queries raised from the platform are responded to effectively and efficiently.
• Publish content on our website that advocates for Christian values and good morals.
• Develop Social media Strategies that will help increase brand awareness.
• Coordinate social media live sessions with the pastor or any other minister to help effectively pass on the message of hope to our online community.
. The ideal candidate will require:
• At least 3-year work experience working in social media management and IT preferably in a church setting.
• Willingness to work flexibly.
• Good written and spoken communication skills in both English and Swahili
• To have a commitment to the vision, purpose, and work of Emmanuel Celebration Centre Have a positive attitude.
• To connect with our online community, encouraging them, providing opportunities for their spiritual growth, and challenging them to serve their community.
• Stay current with online ministry practices by reading, attending conferences and training as required.
• Terms of appointment:
• There is a probation period of six months.
• A full enhanced DBS check will be carried out prior to appointment

A Principle contractor within Infrastructure is looking for a Bid Writer to join their team!

The company specialises in Transport Insfrastructure, Power and Telecommunications.

The ideal candidate MUST have experience within these areas in Construction.

This is a permanent position based in Slough.

The role can either offer a hybrid position or 5 days a week in the office.

Hours: 8:30pm - 17:30pm.

• Dealing with Tender documents
• Being responsible for Bid proposals

• The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
• Experience in the Construction Industry / working on-site would be a bonus!
• Experience in Bid Writing
