The Cerridwen (youth violence) programme at MAC supports young people who are identified as engaging in or at risk of aggressive or violent behaviours. The role will be responsible for providing all the necessary project specific and administrative support, enabling the coordinator, practitioners (based across delivery areas) and senior leadership team at MAC to effectively deliver the youth violence (Cerridwen) project and achieve its outcomes. Your primary role is customer care with a focus on customer interactions on the social media platforms. The social media content is created and published by the Community and Social Media team.
