This role supports Publicis Groupe’s Vietnam Media Agencies.
The focus of this role is to keep track of work performed by Publicis Resources Media reconciling team(s) to ensure that the high volume, transactional nature and processes of media reconciliations are verified and analyzed for correctness. Discrepancies are resolved in liaison with the Publicis Resources team(s) and Publicis agencies within acceptable timeframes.

The role further includes the ability to investigate and resolve historic and ongoing discrepancies. Support all stake holders within the functions, such as, reconciling teams, payment teams, Publicis agencies, media vendors and ensuring all processes are completed in an efficient manner.

• Staying up to date with agency advertising practices, with focus on Digital media
• Application of your superior knowledge and skills when reviewing and completing checks and verifications of media reconciliations
• Monthly high level and detailed review of media creditors reconciliations
• Assist media reconciling teams with effective and efficient resolution of discrepancies in a timely manner
• Point of contact for agency finance & client teams for resolution of discrepancies
• Management of variance queries with additional focus on material and aged queries
• Assist the Payables Manager with executing payments as well as other related tasks
• Problem resolutions and Ad hoc projects as required.
• Working with stakeholders and managing related project-based work

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partner and Advertising Management

• Cultivate strong relationships with connectivity partners and traffic sources, ensuring integrations align with AdStart’s strategic objectives.
• Drive gateway optimization and troubleshoot issues to enhance performance.
• Manage monetization strategies and address client and partner needs to boost revenue.

Campaign Strategy and Revenue Optimization

• Oversee traffic distribution, cap management, and campaign adjustments to maximize revenue.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
• Collaborate with sales and tech teams to resolve operational issues and ensure optimal campaign performance. 

Operational and Financial Oversight

• Track and manage financial transactions, settlement reports, and payment processing for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support smooth ad operations, enhance client satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1- Connectivity Partners Management

• Conduct regular follow-ups and establish daily coordination with connectivity partners (gateway), ensuring integration aligns with AdStart’s strategic goals.
• Provide insight and support to enhance the effectiveness of gateway usage, including reporting, troubleshooting, and optimization initiatives.

2- In-House Advertising Overlooking

• Strategize, monitor, and adjust cap arrangements to drive optimal revenue through traffic flow distribution.
• Identify and implement extra monetization strategies tailored to align with business objectives.
• Effectively manage and resolve client and partner complaints, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining high client satisfaction.

3- Outsource Advertising Overlooking 

• Initiate outreach, negotiate agreements, and develop integration strategies with new traffic sources, including Google, DSPs, and affiliate networks.
• Maintain daily tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor and optimize traffic source effectiveness, and ensure that partner performance aligns with AdStart’s targets.
• Manage partner integrations from top to bottom, including offer setup, testing, and troubleshooting, collaborating closely with tech teams to ensure seamless deployment.
• Coordinate daily with the sales team to support ad operations and ensure optimized revenue streams.
• Oversee settlement reports, invoices, payment processing, and financial transaction tracking to ensure accuracy and compliance.

4- Sales Operations Management

• Develop and refine promotional strategies across various campaigns, monitoring the impact of sources, caps, and scrubbing.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to identify emerging opportunities and areas for growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to address and resolve any issues or operational bugs affecting campaign performance.
• Continuously track profit margins and optimize ROI through data-driven insights and responsive strategy adjustments.

Be challenged in a full cycle of organising an event, involving planning, preparation, logistics,
communication, pre-event, set-up, execution, and post-event:

• Coordinate with team members, employees, vendors, and designers to ensure the events run their best.
• Support paperwork and other tasks as assigned.

We are offering an opening for an Ad Operations Executive in our Ho Chi Minh City office. The role will assist primarily within the field of digital mobile content and the corresponding ad operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing online marketing activities, demonstrated proficiency in data-driven decision making, and thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. YOUR MAIN DUTIES: 

• Set up advertising campaigns on the internal and external tracking and analytics platforms

• Ensure proper integration of the promotional assets across various tracking platforms

• Conduct various tests and troubleshooting when it comes to the internal online assets such as websites, blogs, landing pages etc

• Collect requests from business, marketing and sales teams. Perform proper documentation, and submission of those across internal tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Google Drive, etc.

• Conduct marketing and media landscape analysis

• Conduct in-depth analysis of the in-house advertising campaigns, recommend optimizations and improvements

• Upload digital content onto various internal and external content portals and marketplaces

• Prepare weekly reports, monthly reports and presentation materials as and when needed

• Market research including social trends, consumer insights, benchmarking, competitor and keyword analysis for a range of target markets

• Create Metrics/ROI reports and interpreting/presenting them at weekly meetings 

• Line management, training and personal development of junior staff
