What you will do

The Media and Science of Brand Growth Team sits within the APAC Growth Office and is intended to drive the application of the Science of Brand Growth (SoBG) in Pacific in addition to step-changing Kenvue’s marketing strategy and regional approach for media, content, and data, to enable measurable outcomes tied to marketing effectiveness beyond ROI and unlock marketing impact for the Kenvue regional P&L.

This role represents Pacific in the global Science of Brand Growth team and will play a key role to lead the media strategy and capabilities design and implementation, with in-depth market understanding to connect the dots and drive synergy across initiatives. The person will prioritize the media strategy & infrastructure, execute the program roll out, identify relevant pilots that can then be executed at scale.

In addition, this role focuses on efforts to build the Kenvue portfolio brands equity and balance Media ROIs and reach through initiatives like key partnerships for future proofing, and measurement for marketing effectiveness. • Deliver strong end–to-end marketing spend deployment with Working and non-working media balanced for growth and a digital first landscape

We are looking for an Event Operations Executive to join our agile and dynamic team based Hong Kong. This regional role will manage a wide spectrum of virtual events (e.g. Awards, conferences, trainings, bespoke events etc.) hosted by our company’s leading B2B titles, namely Risk.net, FX Markets and WatersTechnology, across Asia Pacific region.

Reporting to Event Operations Manager while working closely with the Events and Marketing Services teams, you must have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate in a clear, professional manner and deliver events within budget and tight timeline. You will handle multiple events concurrently and demonstrate your ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

This role provides excellent exposure in client servicing as you will liaise with sponsors and vendors closely with your strong negotiation skills. You must be passionate about identifying new solutions for better event experiences.

Responsibilities

Event Execution: In-Person and Virtual

• Conduct vendor research and get quotations
• Map out project timelines and set clear deadlines
• Gather marketing collateral to develop content on virtual event platforms and distribution at in-person events
• Liaise with the AV vendor on the event logistics
• Provide technical support prior to event and on the day
• Prepare post-event report and data analysis
• Manage individual project P&Ls and keep track of all expenses

External Client Liaison

• Guide sponsors through the virtual event process and offer practical advice
• Coordinate video content creation between sponsors and video editors

Strategic Support

• Research the latest event technology in the market and share new platform alternatives that suit the business needs

• 1-2 working experience preferably in event / project management
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Excellent time management and strong budget management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects within tight timeline and work well under pressure
• Independent and highly motivated to work as part of a team
• Passionate about virtual events and take ownership of projects
• Tech savvy, open-minded and eager to bring in innovative, pragmatic ideas
