Responsibilities:

• Managing the social media marketing strategy for our clients on various platforms
• Execution of all social media activities for our brand and our clients.
• Communicating in a professional, but unique social media “voice” for each client; directly aligned with the clients’ thought leadership and content platform.
• Creating social media campaigns and calls-to-action that drive target buyers to client sites

Your day-to-day.

• Implement and oversee the setup and configuration of campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to specified parameters and goals.

• Coordinate and lead regular meetings with media partners to discuss strategies, and updates, and ensure alignment on campaign objectives.
• Responsible for organizing and trafficking video assets weekly using CM360, ensuring proper management and distribution in line with campaign requirements.
• Monitor and manage monthly budgets while overseeing financial aspects to ensure campaigns remain within allocated financial limits.
• Work with brand teams to determine media weightings, prioritize assets, and ensure effective asset management aligned with overall brand objectives and strategies.

• Proficiency in Google platforms including DV360 and CM360.

The Intern is the main contact person to liaise and support clients in their event ticketing needs from end to end, including gathering of event details, putting events on sales, marketing support to the event day operations. This role reports to the Client Success Manager.

• Maintain and enhance the business relationships with assigned clients.
• Key liaison point for clients on event details and support.
• Ensure that events details are accurately configured into the ticketing system and promptly disseminated to all sales channels.
• Assist clients in their ticket inventory management and maximize ticket sales.
• Resolve any ticketing issues that may occur.
• Work closely with the marketing and technical departments to support the clients’ requirements and needs in areas of marketing and ticketing system.
• Assist in data analysis, preparation of monthly sales and management reports.
• Handle ad hoc projects and any other duties assigned.

Job Requirements
