Job Summary: Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Buyer to join a buying team. The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing and product selection, specifically within the lingerie, swimwear, or nightwear categories, with a preference for lingerie. This role involves supporting the buying team in selecting and managing product assortments to meet customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the selection and procurement of products within the lingerie, swimwear, and nightwear categories.
Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new product opportunities.
Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Support the Senior Buyer in developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Analyse sales data and customer feedback to inform buying decisions.
Prepare reports and presentations on product performance and market trends.
Participate in product development meetings and provide input on product assortments.
Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in a buying or merchandising role, preferably in lingerie, swimwear, or nightwear.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Warehouse Role- Rainham, Essex

Location: Rainham, Essex

Paying: From £11.44

Temporary role - week to week, with the opportunity to go perm after 13weeks.

Shifts: Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm

HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced warehouse operatives to work in the Rainham Essex area.

This role will involve a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operations of a busy warehouse.

- Picking: Selecting items from the warehouse based on pick request lists or orders. This often involves using handheld scanners or other technology to ensure accuracy.

- Packing: Preparing items for shipment by securely packing them into boxes or other containers. This includes labeling and sometimes wrapping items to prevent damage during transit.

- Delivery Notes: Creating and managing delivery notes, which are documents that accompany shipments and detail the contents and destination of the package.

- Stock Management: Keeping track of inventory levels, restocking shelves, and ensuring that items are stored correctly
