Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products that's quality is recognised as second to none. Due to exciting plans for 2024 they are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join their Warehouse team.
Role & Responsibilities:
Promoting safe culture of work, permit to work, risk assessments, reporting near misses
Managing stock across goods in and goods out, reporting issues, stock movement
Man management - appraisals, disciplinary, holiday, sickness management, return to work
Utilising the warehouse management systems
Ensuring work instructions are up to date, delegating work loads, ensuring KPI's are met
Continuous improvement initiatives across the site - 5S, Lean Six Sigma
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Fork lift license would be advantageous
Experience within a warehouse / distribution environment
Use of ERP Systems
Experience leading a team

Salary:- £30,000 - £32,500
