What to Expect

• Maintain surveillance with the use of CCTV systems, both fixed and moveable cameras, visually throughout designated activities, observing customers, vendors, and employees, to prevent and detect situations related to fraud, loss, or theft. • Identify and react to potential theft situations by detaining anyone suspected of a fraud or theft and escorting them to the Security Office; preparing incident reports pertaining to security incidents; gathering facts and evidence related to security incidents; reporting observations of real or potential losses, thefts, or fraud to Asset Protection Supervisor and law enforcement; maintaining close liaison with law enforcement authorities by ensuring documents, video and other evidence is available.
