Warehouse Operative

Gi Group are currently recruiting for a temporary operative for our client in Cardiff.

Hours of work - 9am-3pm
Days of work - Monday-Friday
Reporting to - Warehouse Manager
Location - Cardiff, CF24
Pay - £11.50 per hour

The successful candidate will be part of a small warehouse team where attention to detail is vital.

We are looking for someone who is hard-working, reliable, and possesses a high level of attention to detail.
Experience in a similar environment will be beneficial/

The daily tasks for this position will include:
* Picking client orders
* Packing client orders
* Putting stock away
* Checking client orders
* Housekeeping
* Administrative duties

Store Manager - Cardiff
Location : Splott Road, Cardiff, CF24 2DA

Salary: £32,500 - £38,500 per annum plus great benefits

Contract: Permanent



We're looking for a skilled Store Manager to join our retail team. This full-time Store Manager role comes with a competitive salary and brilliant benefits package.

As a Store Manager, you'll help to deliver the store purpose by guiding the commercial and community strategies in your store. You'll also lead your team and show them how to make shopping at Co-op a fantastic experience, you'll help them to grow and learn so they can show our customers, colleagues and members the difference Co-op brings to local communities.

In this role, you can expect to:

* Empower your team to deliver great service, personally promoting the Co-op difference to customers and members

VAN drivers with element of picking packing(warehouse operative) needed in Cardiff

Company is a leading distributor of light and commercial vehicle parts to the automotive aftermarket, serving over 35,000 repairers across the UK & Ireland

Location: Cardiff

Working hours:

Monday- Friday- 08:30- 17:30

Two Saturdays a month- 08:00-12:00

Pay rate: £11.70 per hour

Full UK Driving Licence required

The role involves, but is not limited to:

Dealing with goods in, carefully checking and signing for deliveries before putting them in the right location in the warehouse.
Picking customer orders and assembling them in our customer area.
Loading customer's goods into their vehicles by hand with a smile and a friendly comment.
Keeping the computer system up to date with the warehouse and stock information and using the computer system to check and maintain customer orders.
Replenishing displays in the showroom - e.g. when items are sold from our clearance and seconds area, replacements must be taken from stock and installed out on display looking highly presentable. This will require some DIY skills.
Fixing items and helping with showroom, vehicle and building maintenance.
Stock checking.
Delivering customer orders, accompanying our driver on two person deliveries and occasionally driving the company vans. Keeping the vans and Smart Cars washed and maintained.
Collecting goods from our remote storage location to replenish stocks in Bath.
Driving the forklift truck and loading and unloading vehicles.
Forklift training will be provided but only after the successful applicant is fully settled into the team and fully committed to completing their apprenticeship.
