Our client, based in Cheltenham, are looking for a Stock Integrity Manager to join their team, leading a medium-sized team to improve accuracy and integrity.

A Stock Integrity Manager will be responsible for:

Planning and monitoring team performance and progress
Developingand roll out short and long termStock Integrity function plans
Continuous improvement of existing processes, making changes incrementally as required
Producing KPIs on team and stock integrity performance on a monthly basis, and MI reports as required
Aligning workflows with all Logistics areas of the business, adhering to the Cycle Count Plan
Liaising with all UK supply and sales teams to ensure all data is captured and variances, adjustments and counts are all measured and reported on accurately
Maintaining the highest standards at all times
Carrying out 1-1 reviews with team members and developing the team to reach their full potential

The successful Stock Integrity Manager will:

Have proven experience in managing a team of at least 7 staffin a cross functional, multi-discipline team
Show a demonstrable track record in Cycle Count and inventory management, including investigating stock discrepancies
Understand, and display competence using a MRP system
Possess a sound understanding of EHS operations
Display strong commercial acumen
Be a competent IT user, with advanced Microsoft Office skills
Demonstrate a history of building strong working relationships with key stakeholders
Have excellent communication skills, managing a team in a proactive way with a flexible approach
Be able to work on their own initiative, with confident decision making and time management skills

About The Role Warehouse Yard Operator

We are looking for warehouse experience moving stock and loading wagons , yard environment

• Unloading wagons of product and performing basic quality checks
• Loading wagons with finished goods for distribution from site
• Performing stock rotation
• Ensuring warehouse is clean and tidy – 5s principles
• Building and wrapping pallets
• Good Inwards Receiving
• Unloading orders on and off vehicles
• Checking order quantities
• Kanban System
• Inputting data onto ERP
• Cycle Counts
• Picking and Packing
• Safe and coordinated storage of all materials
• Maintaining accurate picking/put away of materials to aid Cycle Counting
• You will comply with health and safety regulations within the team and the environment, ensuring safe practice regarding use of equipment (i.e., machinery, lift truck, manual handling equipment etc)
• To ensure all workstations are fully operational in terms of packaging materials

• Experience of working within a stores , yard or warehouse environment, inbound or outbound
• Confidence and communication skills to share expertise to help others
• Good organisational skills, with the ability to work on their own initiative but also be part of a proactive team

Main Duties: -Buyer

• Raising requests for quotation and purchase orders.

An exciting opportunity has arisen, Hays has partnered with a leading Property Management Company based in Cheltenham. We are now looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to support our client on a full-time and permanent basis, in their finance team.

The working hours for this role will be, Monday to Friday, working from 9am until 5:30pm, including an hour lunch break and the salary on offer is up to £27500.

Your new role

• Processing Purchase invoices
• Liaising with clients to resolve potential queries
• Using Xero for the processing and invoicing of invoices
• To uphold their invoicing system
• To effectively communicate with the Accounts Payable team for paying invoices
• Dealing with bank reconciliation
• To record supplier invoices, payment transactions and credit notes
• To prepare and process supplier payments, for example; BACS and cheques
• Dealing with reports, as well as preparing ad-hoc reports as required
• You will also monitor and report on aged creditor balances, identifying potential issues for management review
• Supporting colleagues who are also within the Accounting and Finance team with general admin duties

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful candidate in light of the Accounts Assistant position, you will need:

• Proficiency in Excel and accounting packages
• Ability to uphold confidentiality of information
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• It is desirable for you to have previous experience working in a finance department
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ideally, you will have knowledge of HMRC rules and requirements
