Operation & Purchasing executive
Job responsibilities / Requirement
To plan and manage operation and delivery to customers
To deal with internal and external customer requirement
To take charge of incoming and outgoing goods
To source, purchase & top up stock items for inhouse production/ project requirement
To manage, maintain and organized an effective inventory system
Establish excellent relationship with local and overseas suppliers
Generate Delivery Order and Invoice to customer upon delivery
Work collaboratively with company’s internal staff.
Knowledge of purchasing and delivery procedure
With working experience in Operational environment
Required work experience – 2-3 years
Able to communicate with China suppliers
Male or Female.
Singapore and others.
Fresh Grad can be considered if are grad in warehousing and logistic
Salary: $2,600 - $2,800 depend on working experience
Working hours: Monday to Friday (9.00am – 6.00pm)
