Coordination and documentation of clinical trials and assessments. Product selection decisions provide evidenced outcomes. To procure products that support the Trusts Green Plan Service Delivery & Development Responsible for the preparation of strategic development plans for the Service, which anticipate future needs, for approval by the Senior Team. To plan and implement a programme of continuous and evidence-based improvement in all aspects of performance to ensure the service is high quality, efficient, effective and patient-focused. To ensure the procurement clinical advisory team meet their Key Performance Indicators and provide a best in class service to the Trust. The post holder will be responsible for service redesign and service improvement within the Department. To be responsible for co-ordinating and driving various departmental, corporate, and cross-cutting programmes of work and projects as required. Performance Management As agreed with the Senior Team, to ensure that specific performance measures are met according to set objectives supported by a management regime to deliver continuous improvement. Education and Training To ensure as part of the Senior Management Team: The review of specific specialty areas of the workforce on an on-going basis to ensure it has the right numbers and the right level of knowledge, skill and expertise to deliver services in the most effective and efficient way. To lead, motivate and develop staff. That help is given to ensure that all staff in specific service areas of the Department are aware of the Trusts values and understand that they are expected to work to them. About the opportunity:

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operative within our Cardiff Distribution Centre.

Working within a busy pharmaceutical warehouse environment you will be accurately assembling customer orders, efficiently picking customer orders for shipment and ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped on time.
