. Salary £27,728 ( £14.21 ph )
. over time paid at £20.01 / £24.41 ph
· Tuesday - Saturday working days, AM - PM rotating shift pattern
· Guaranteed full time hours - 37.5 hours in total
. 4 weekly pay

Join the Tesco family in Hinckley as a Warehouse Operative, your role plays a huge part in making sure the Tesco stores get what they need so our customers can have what they want, when they want it.
As a permanent member of Tesco team, you will have the benefit of the Tesco Support network, which is a dedicated team manager to support you step by step on your journey. You will also have support from the wider group such as shift managers, The people team, Coordinator Support and not forgetting your teammates, - This is a 12-week probation period.
You will be responsible for
Picking and manually handling stock (meats, fruits and vegetables)
You will be working in a chilled environment
Using Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) correctly following the training provided
Using a Low-Level Order Picker (LLOP) correctly following the training provided
Heavy lifting will be required
Maintaining a clear and tidy warehouse
Making sure stock is received, stored, packed and transported
Taking responsibility for your own and others safety whilst at work
Using tools provided and training material provided efficiently
Using your Mechanical Handling Equipment efficiently
Working both independently and as part of a team
You will need
Warehouse experience using MHE and LLOP equipment
A passion for delivering great customer service.
Energy to enjoy the buzz of working in a demanding yet rewarding environment.
A driven and keen attitude to learn new skills as well as thriving whilst working in a supportive team.
Reliability and punctuality.
