Your new role
Working within the Direct Procurement team, the Strategic Buyer will be responsible for leading on negotiations with suppliers to deliver the best value for money, without compromising on the quality of products or service level. Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off – 2 days 2 night (6am – 6pm / 6pm – 6am)

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:


- Manually pack product into trolleys, ensuring the product is fit for purpose and highlighting any non-conformance
- Transport full and empty trolleys across the chill
- Operate and complete asset care/deep cleaning on equipment
- Ensures good manufacturing, housekeeping, hygiene, and health and safety standards throughout their shift
- Part of an effective hand over between shifts, remaining within the chill until a relief takes over
- Completes all documentation, ensuring they up to date and available

Utilising your previous retail experience and excellent managerial skills, you will manage the day to day running of our store - maximising store sales and profits while ensuring our customers receive an excellent service. As Store Manager, you will manage our brilliant team of staff and volunteers, providing effective leadership, training, and development.

Working hours would be: Monday - Friday from 6am - 2am
