This is a hybrid role in mid-shift (3 to 4X onsite). Currently we are at Eton Centris (Just a few steps away from Q Ave MRT station however we are moving to BGC come Q3.
The Risk Compliance Specialist is responsible for evaluating, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies within the organization. He/she analyzes potential risks, develop compliance strategies, and implement measures to mitigate risks and maintain a culture of compliance.
1. Compliance Monitoring - conduct regular assessments to monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies; identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
2. Risk Assessment - evaluate potential risks associated with regulatory requirements, industry changes, and business operations; develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
3. Policy Development - assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines; ensure that policies are updated to reflect changes in regulations and business practices.
4. Training and Awareness - develop and deliver compliance training programs to employees; promote awareness of compliance standards and best practices across the organization.
5. Investigations - conduct investigations into compliance issues, allegations of misconduct, or breaches of policies; prepare reports on investigation findings and recommend disciplinary actions or corrective measures as needed.
6. Reporting - prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings as required by applicable laws and regulations; maintain accurate records of compliance activities, findings, and resolutions.
7. Audits and Reviews - coordinate internal and external audits and reviews related to compliance matters; collaborate with audit teams to address findings and implement corrective actions.
