Your new role
My client is currently looking for an experienced Compliance Coordinator to join their team in Loughton on a temporary basis (3 months). You will be responsible for:
- Reviewing PPM's.
- Assigning tasks to responsible people.
- Ensuring tasks are closed to PPM scheduled dates.
- Ensuring paperwork is attached to Concept and available for review. Also ensuring that all notes are updated on Concept.
- Ensuring all remedial work is quoted, reviewed, approved and managed to conclusion within KPI's.
- Ensuring all required work follows company standards and principals, with all required paperwork filed on SharePoint for ease.
- Ensuring all communication is sent to relevant parties.
- Support CM with quotations and approval.
- Support FM with all SHE requirements including permit and document management.
- Ensure finance has all required CPA's.
- Attending weekly scheduled meetings.
- Ensure Sharepoint sites are up-to-date with all saved compliance documentation.
- Ensure Concept is fully up-to-date with all compliance certificates and worksheets.
- Attend weekly compliance meetings with CM/FM and HD Manager.
- Attend monthly compliance client meetings with CM.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have experience working in a similar role within a facilities' management background. You will be able to demonstrate experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel. You will be able to prioritise your workload, have excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills. You will be able to travel to London and Cardiff as and when required by the contract (costs to be reimbursed by the company).
Experience in compliance is ESSENTIAL.
To be considered for this, candidates must be happy to consent to a basic DBS check.
What you'll get in return
You will receive £15-£17 per hour weekly pay and 34 days' holiday.
