ABOUT THE ROLE
Medacs Homecare division is currently recruiting for a Quality Officer to join the team supporting on compliance and working in our Leeds branch office.
Our Homecare division prides itself on being a quality homecare provider that coordinates and delivers domiciliary care, specialist care and complex care services to the elderly, children, and those with special needs within their homes.
The Quality Officer supports the Registered Manager in Leeds to ensure that all staff have appropriate clearance, meet Medacs compliance requirements and are trained to the correct level and that branches are always fully compliant with Care Quality Commission, legal and contractual requirements and to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Here's some of the key responsibilities with the Quality Compliance Officer role:
- Ensure that processes needed for CQC branch and staff compliance maintained
- Make sure all information with regards to Compliance is uploaded onto the system
- Work with the Registered Manager to ensure that all contracts or service development requirements are met
- Handle telephone enquiries into the branch
- Induction of new staff into the business and monitor staff training
- Assist the Registered Manager with Complaint resolution
- Help the Registered Manager with Service User and Care Worker surveys, compile the outcomes into reports for the branch and action plan the results
- Prepare weekly work schedules for the Field Care Supervisors
