Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (NO WEEKENDS)

What you will be doing:



* Undertake MOTs and re-tests, working within the DVSA framework (class 1-4 MOT Tester)
* Perform maintenance and repairs on vehicles, identifying problems. Carry out auto care and maintenance tasks such as oil
changes, fluid level checks, and tyre rotation, repair and replace brake pads, wheel bearings, sensors, and other parts
* Liaise with other departments necessary for repairs
* Record work done and tests carried out. Report any further work required or vehicle faults to the service team
* Assist the service team by returning and moving customers’ vehicles as required



What we need from you:



* Qualified Class 1-4 MOT tester, with a current and in-date MOT licence and a minimum of 2 years as an MOT tester
* Minimum of 2 years experience as a qualified technician
* Full manual driving licence, bike licence would be an advantage
* Ability to manage your time efficiently, to achieve high productivity
* Great communication, self-motivated and customer-focused

What you will be doing:

As our Compliance Lead – F&I, you will drive compliance and Finance & Insurance performance across our car and motorcycle
dealerships based in Hertfordshire and London.



You will work closely with the Group Head of Customer Quality and the operational teams.



* Agree and measure finance and insurance performance across the group.
* You will be instrumental in supporting our teams to achieve their performance objectives
* Identifying coaching and training requirements
* Ensuring consistent sales processes are followed, and help to drive sales and F&I across our dealerships.
* Oversee some compliance monitoring activities



What we need from you:



* A clear understanding of the FCA regulatory environment, with knowledge and experience gained from working within the consumer
credit, general insurance, or automotive sector.

* Show initiative and forward-thinking
* Have great planning and organisational skills
* Exhibit excellent influential communication skills at all levels.
* Have a democratic coaching style to gain buy-in from the teams
* Results orientated with a proven track record of over-performance
* Be computer literate, including MS Office packages

continual growth over the years. The group is now a multi-franchise business, with over 10 sites across Hertfordshire,
Bedfordshire, and West London, and employs over 400 staff.




With growth forever in our minds, we have just opened a brand-new Prep Centre on our site in Letchworth. The centre has been
fully equipped with the latest products including a new turntable and digital photographic booth, 1 MOT bay with 6 additional work
bays, with the latest cutting-edge tyre alignment machinery and equipment.



What you will be doing:




Within this role, it will be your responsibility to complete all workshop duties in an efficient and safe manner.



* Complete diagnostics, inspections, repairs, and services, to vehicles
* Conduct road tests and sign-offs on Warranty repairs
* Interpret instructions from the job card/repair order, and accurately report on work completed
* MOT’s



What we need from you:



* Qualified to NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent
* Hold a full UK driving licence
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a qualified technician
* MOT licence – desirable (we could support this being obtained)
* Own tools
* Be able to achieve high productivity, with excellent attention to detail
