We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive administrator to join our dynamic Temporary Staffing Services (TSS) team. Your work will be crucial in maintaining the high standards required for our temporary workforce, ensuring that our services run smoothly and effectively.

As the TSS and Compliance Administrator, your ability to swiftly and accurately manage administrative and compliance processes will be key to maintaining our staffing standards.
You will oversee the onboarding and verification of requirements for all bank and agency workers, ensuring that every detail is checked and every deadline is met.

Key Responsibilities:
• Swiftly and accuratelymanage the administration and compliance of bank and agency workers, ensuring all requirements are met to the highest standard.
• Serve as the primary point of contactfor queries, providing quick, clear, and detailed responses to agencies, managers, and workers.
• Maintain and monitorsystems with precision, ensuring all statutory and mandatory training, professional registrations, DBS checks, and right-to-work documentation are up to date and compliant.
• Coordinate and confirm complianceinformation with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring no detail is overlooked in our fast-paced environment.
• Prepare detailed reportsand actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our compliance processes, keeping pace with evolving standards and regulations.
