About the Role:
This is an exciting new role for the Group and will support the administration and implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure that the National Fostering Group meet regulatory standards and operate best practices.
The Senior Quality Assurance Administrator will assist with the coordination, documentation and administration of quality assurance initiatives to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency and safety of our operations.
They will contribute to the continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery to ensure the safeguarding and well-being of the children and families in our care.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a highly organised, detail oriented senior administrator with proven experience in a team administrative role or a similar setting. The ideal candidate will be skilled at keeping and maintaining accurate management information, creating and updating documentation and preparing reports. You will also be well coordinated in supporting with arranging meetings, from setting the agendas to ensuring everything runs smoothly.
The Senior QA Administrator will have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, and Word and possess excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. With a sharp eye for detail, you will follow processes meticulously, maintaining accuracy in all areas of your work. This will be a fast paced role so you must have the ability to prioritise tasks, work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
You will be confident in building relationships and liaising with a variety of stakeholders and professionals across the Group about complex information. Previous experience in a quality related role and an understanding of the fostering sector would be advantageous - but this is not essential.
