We've an excellent full-time opportunity for an Entry-Level Business Development Executive (BDE) within our Cheltenham office.

This is not a standard sales job as your responsibility will be to look at training requests and suggestions that come through from our client; and then quickly liaise with key management to suggest bespoke requests that could be provided.

You'll need to be able to identify the requirements the client has requested, acknowledge the request, reclarify (with potential of upselling) and then action a presentable sales quote in a timely manner.

You'll gain full knowledge of our portfolio and gain sales techniques via our highly renowned in-house Sales Academy plus full on-the-job coaching to successfully deliver against specific measurable targets. As such, you'll also earn the opportunity to receive bonus on top of your competitive salary.

Whilst we're not after a lot of experience, we do want you to be able to work efficiently, communicate effectively with a keen eye to identifying a client's needs.

Skills and Responsibilities:

• Identify and liaise with key stakeholders/decision makers from a mix of new & existing customers by telephone and email working to grow QA's product offering
• Input, analyse and interpret relevant sales management information to prioritise incoming workload and qualify sales opportunities
• Prepare quotes and proposals for customers
• Use relevant data housed in Microsoft Dynamics to fully report on sales activity
• Build quarterly plans to maximise sales opportunities
• Increase knowledge and awareness of QA core offering and the full Sales Cycle

About the Role: • Working as part of the PA team, you will provide an efficient secretarial service to the Deputy Principal Further Education • You will co-ordinate diaries and organise meetings, ensuring the Deputy Principal Further Education is fully briefed and appropriate papers are available. • You will administer budgets, tracking expenditure and utilising relevant systems. • You will act as officer for a number of meetings, supporting associated administration duties and ensure confidentiality at all times. • You will also be required to undertake a range of project work which will include; College Prize Day. • Assist the Deputy Principal Further Education with the organisation and running of the Quality Cycle. • Coordinate the Quality Audit Cycle. • Coordinate the student trips and external speaker process.
About You: • You will demonstrate prior experience of working within a PA/Secretarial role at an executive level. • Your will demonstrate excellent administrative skills. • You will have excellent interpersonal skills, together with a positive and professional manner. Given the nature of this role, you will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and also the ability to prioritise work effectively and to work to deadlines on your own initiative. • You will need to work well individually and as part of a team. • You must have excellent customer service to communicate professionally with internal staff, students, business connections and external customers. • You will also be able to demonstrate excellent IT and organisational skills.

Role: Senior Service Delivery Specialist (Project Co-Ordinator)
Fixed Term Contract 12 months initial (FTC)
Location: Cheltenham - commutable

In this role you will act as the first point of contact and providing high quality support to specified clients. Your focus will be to co-ordinate internal resources to ensure key tasks are delivered in line with required learning outcomes and in accordance with contract terms.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain project plans and track progress to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Liaise internally with colleagues to ensure all quality standards are achieved.
Maintain strong relationships with members of the client team.
Produce insightful reports for clients to support the management of their programmes and events.
Raise issues that may impact the RAID log
Escalate risks to ensure appropriate action is taken to mitigate them.
Deliver high levels of customer service to assist the wider sales team in developing strategic client relationships.

Key Skills / Experience Required:
Great Microsoft Office - including Excel using vlook up, pivot tables highly desirable
