The Band 5 Business Support Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our busy IPC team. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and business support, managing day-to-day operations and supporting the team in delivering high-quality care. Key responsibilities: Provide effective business support to the IPC team, including diary management, high quality minute taking and coordinating meetings, reports and various project support work. Oversee financial administration, including budget monitoring, procurement and invoice processing. Will require knowledge and experience of using Oracle. Assist in the preparation or reports, presentations and data analysis to support decision making. Manage HR related tasks such as recruitment, onboarding and staff development. Will require knowledge and experience of using ESR and Trac systems. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration. Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to improve workflow and productivity. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

The position will be based at Trust Headquarters, Nantgarw. This will include a hybrid working arrangement with a typical working week involving 2-3 days office based in Trust HQ and/or across the Trust Divisions in the Welsh Blood Service and the Velindre Cancer Service, with the remainder working remotely.
