This is an exciting role to join the Business and Transformation team in CWPTs Adult and Older Adult Mental Health Directorate. We are the organisation largest directorate and this is a senior leadership role. The post holder will have autonomy and be responsible for the delivery of quality and operational improvement strategy. • Oversee the development, delivery and programme management of multiple public health programmes and projects
• Identification and analysis of health needs in key population groups and health outcomes
• Development of evidence-based strategies to reduce smoking prevalence
• Lead on & oversee the implementation of these strategies
• Evaluate the impact of programmes, projects & service redesign

As our Building Control Team Leader, you will work closely with the Building Control Manager to oversee the delivery of the Building Control service, lead innovation and ensure the quality and performance of the team.
