The post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff across Professional Standards in England to deliver the statutory requirements of the Performers List Regulations and Responsible Officer Regulations. The role supports the delivery of the required outcomes relevant to the implementation of these regulations and underpins the responsibilities set out in the Responsible Officer Regulations. The post holder is responsible for providing professional expertise regarding the performers list work and to work in partnership with all stakeholders to drive forwards the service transformation required. The post will support the team in co-ordinating and facilitating training across NHS England. The role supports regions to ensure that they develop appropriate subject matter expertise and technical skills, to ensure effective delivery of NHSEs statutory functions. The postholder will also be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of a central repository of information and ensuring legal and other advice is shared appropriately.
