As Senior Compliance Officer you will be responsible for leading and managing a small but growing team of healthcare recruitment compliance officers. Role Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Medical, Homecare or Healthcare Compliance
• Strong organisation and time management skills

• Experience and track record of designing, implementing and delivering on successful strategic compliance projects.

As the Testing / QA Manager you will manage all testing governance for a large regulatory program in the bank where you will provide support for dry run production testing.

Key responsibilities include:

• UAT Test Management - running testing calls between tech, risk, and finance testing teams to facilitate issue remediation.
• Planning test plan cycles.
• Management reporting for JIRA metrics.
• Test Planning/ Test Strategy as well as defect prioritisation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Vast test management experience in financial major/complex institutions (Tier 1 banks or Top 4 consulting firms).
• Strong working knowledge of JIRA.
• Experience with issue management and resolution utilising JIRA for stakeholders/ senior management.
• Strong experience with QA/ UAT testing processes.
• Front office banking experience.
