Your Role:
This purpose of this hands on, highly operational, client focused role is to work alongside the Senior Project Manager to scope, plan and manage the successful delivery of large and complex face to face, virtual and digital learning and engagement programmes
Working on behalf of one of QA's key clients you will be responsible for ensuring that your programme achieves its objectives within agreed timescales and budget whilst ensuring that quality measures are continually adhered to.
Responsibilities:
- Manage operational risk within sensible parameters of QA Project and QA Business needs.
- Working alongside the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for the successful delivery of large complex learning and engagement programmes in line with the plan and budget.
- Work closely with client Stakeholders and Solution Architect to scope the objectives, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, assumptions, risks and quality acceptance criteria.
- Support programme specific resourcing through clear role(s) definition, recruitment and quality assurance.
Skills & Qualification:
- Project Management experience is essential due to the scale and complexity of the programmes
- Fully familiar with project life cycle and methodologies and hold a Prince 2 Practitioner or similar industry recognised qualification
- Experience of complex scheduling
- Experience of resource management
- Experience of effectively managing or mitigating against risk
- Excellent document writing skills
- Stakeholder management at a senior level
