About the role
As Associate Director- QE, you would lead a high performance engineering team to develop the next generation financial platform & application in payments.
What You will do
- Lead a high performance engineering team to develop the next generation financial platform & application in payments.
- Take end to end ownership of a Quality Engineering team, including development of test frameworks and automation.
- Manage a team of QA and SDETs that are responsible for building and maintaining tools for testing of our product.
- Collaborate with the product and business team to understand the requirements, and build product execution and delivery roadmap
- Champion best design, development and code quality practices in the engineering team
- Hire a quality team to deliver a world class product.
- Setup and improve processes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team
- Reduce time to market, while gradually building a robust and reliable quality gate for all our products.
- Analyze current technologies used within the company and develop steps and processes to improve testing procedures
- Assist other department engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other members of the team
- Document technical issues and solutions as well as prepare file defect reports and report test progress
- Author, Review and Execute test cases for the User stories.
