Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manages multiple groups globally responsible for the implementation, continuous improvement, and troubleshooting of automation and control systems used for manufacturing ultrahigh purity materials supplied to the semiconductor and photovoltaic industries.
• Directly manage 10-15 US resources and dotted line management of dotted line discipline lead management of 5-10 resources in Asia (Korea, Taiwan, Singapore and Japan). Aptitude to expand reach beyond incumbent countries to France, China and other geographies as Semiconductor Materials globalize.
• Responsible for all design and support activities related to industrial power distribution, process instrumentation, industrial networks, and controls platforms globally.
• Responsible for significant level of Operation support in a 24-7, multi-site production environment including “on call” trouble ticket system for Operation Technology and Distributed Control System Issues.
• Responsible for establishing industry standard best practices across multiple global geographies.
• Responsible for delivering code compliant industrial controls systems for both green field, brown field and Process Development projects.
• Equally adept at self perform, third party and EPC model Automation and Controls and Operations Technology execution models. Ensures sufficient cross trained staff capable of all models globally.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining engineering standards used during project design and execution globally.
• Responsible for coordinating with other design disciplines for the efficient development, transfer and implementation of project requirements detailed on upstream documentation such as the P&ID.
• Responsible for maintaining compliance with internal engineering project execution standards.

Job Description:

Manages a major AML operations segment responsible for AML onboarding process delivery for Global Banking and Global Markets LOB. Functions managed are typically complex, directed by internal bank policies and require adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements which can involve high $ penalties and fines for non-compliance. Executes against regulatory, BSA/anti-money laundering, and economic sanctions compliance practices relevant to the manager's area of responsibility. Develops a positive and trusting relationship with key business leaders in FLU and compliance and demonstrates a strong combination of leadership skills, AML/KYC knowledge and strategic thinking. As guided by executive leadership, develops and maintains relationships with counterparts in other financial institutions, associations and regulatory officials ensuring proper communication of compliance of company and regulatory policies relevant to the manager's specific area of responsibility. Supports accountability for compliance elements of the Risk Framework, maintaining appropriate oversight of operations and vendor performance. Maintains the culture of compliance and supports the identification, escalation and timely mitigation of compliance risks. Applies knowledge and expertise to influence business managers and peers to ensure enforcement of compliance programs, balancing operational strategy within area of responsibility. The role requires an initiative-taking and diligent client-facing individual who has experience in winning and delivering cyber strategy advisory work for global clients and projects.

The successful candidate will expand our capability in Hong Kong and work closely with the Principal leading our Digital Risks practice in the Asia Pacific region and our regional leadership in the Greater China region. The candidate will need to demonstrate exceptional analysis, programme management and business development skills. The successful candidate will be experienced in leading cyber security advisory engagements and will need to demonstrate deep understanding of the cyber security challenges facing our clients in Greater China alongside local regulations and standards in place or are in development.

The candidate will have an established track-record of delivering cyber security strategy assessment and enhancement projects to a diverse range of clients. They will also excel at communicating complex technology-driven issues to executives at the C-level.

Key responsibilities:

Delivering client projects

• Programme and project management of digital risk advisory engagements (e.g., senior stakeholder engagement, programmes scoping, managing project/programme budget, hiring key resources, delivering against an agreed plan, issue management).
• Delivering strategy and transformation projects (e.g., helping clients to define and develop robust and future-proofed digital security strategies, conducting risk assessments, supporting cyber due diligence projects etc.).
• Supporting clients as a senior advisor throughout their digital security transformation.
• Working with senior project stakeholders (e.g. gathering information from interviews, document reviews and presenting findings) while maintaining the confidence of the client through clear communication and exceptional project management skills.
• Working with external technical partners to deliver an integrated solutions and drawing out recommendations from their technical findings.

Working with other departments within Control Risks

• Provide flexible and responsive support alongside our dedicated Cyber Response team for key Clients.

Business Development

• Developing proposals for future client work.

Essential

• Considerable experience of cyber security risk management within an established consultancy.
• Ability to see security from the attacker’s point of view and articulate enterprise risks to senior non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience in reviewing, designing and implement cyber security strategy projects for clients.
• Proven experience in delivering risk assessments against industry standards (e.g.NIST CSF and ISO27001).
• Proven experience working with China's information handling and technology regulations and standards.
• Broad corporate experience and understanding of the interaction between departments (such as HR, Finance and Security) and levels of governance within a commercial organisation.
• Excellent knowledge of IT and OT network infrastructure.
• Undergraduate or a post graduate degree in a field related to security, information security, intelligence, or computer science.
• CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 lead auditor, SANs or similar industry qualifications/certifications.

• Native or documented fluency in Mandarin.
