Responsibilities:

· To take direction from Document Control Manager

· To be able to work as a proactive team member

· Management & filing of all Project documentation (Outgoing & Incoming)

· Preparation of Document Issue Packages to meet Project stage deliverables as defined by the Project Team Leader

· Checking that all documents meet defined AEDAS standards before being transmitted, and to highlight non-compliances to team members responsible. i.e. File name & drawing nomenclature compliance (Checked against any earlier revisions).

· Maintenance of Electronic PDF in project folders reflecting:

o AEDAS “Current“ Documents (Drawings, Specifications, Reports)

· Downloading, Internal distribution and eventually filing of contractor submissions

· Uploading of commented documents via Workflow

• Responsible for the identification of standards to be developed in consultation with key stakeholders from the industry, the development of standards right up to standard launches.
• Assist in the industry and technical research for the development of new/review of standards. Conduct verification studies to identify users of the standards.
• Handle all enquires received promptly regarding the standards under your area of responsibility.

Requirements

• A relevant Engineering / Quality Management / Workplace / Occupational Health and Safety degree or diploma from a recognised institution.
• Good knowledge of statutory requirements on safety, codes of practice or prior experience as a Safety Officer will be an advantage.
• Preferably with 3 years of industrial experience.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Able to write clear and concise minutes of meetings.
• Results-oriented and able to execute projects in a team and independently.
• Strong interest in industry standards development and promotion.
• Possess excellent networking, communication, and industry engagement skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools

Responsibilities:

• For designing and performing automated and manual testing of the software/system to ensure that the software/system created by the development team meets the functional specifications as well as the expected quality, reliability, and performance.
• The Software Tester / Quality Assurance (QA) shall have completed at least one (1) project using Scrum or equivalent as the Agile software development framework.
• The person’s experience as a Software Tester / Quality Assurance (QA) should include experience in quantifying and analysing users’ requirements, performing exploratory testing, conduct functional testing using an automated test framework and design test cases using techniques and practices like boundary, cross browser, and load testing.
• Software Tester who has experience in mobile game testing and is “Certified Tester Foundation Level” and above would be advantageous.
