Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Quality Manager to join our client's dynamic team. This role will involve overseeing the quality assurance and control for three significant residential projects across the Midlands, each with a projected timeline of five years or more. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in construction quality management, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for maintaining the highest standards in residential development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage quality control procedures to ensure all construction activities meet the required standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and compliance with quality standards.

Who we’re looking for

Ideally, you'll have been educated to degree level or equivalent within a relevant subject (e.g. physics, chemistry, mathematics, environmental science, geography) and be a full Member of the Institute of Air Quality Management.

You’ll be highly knowledgeable across all the main environmental air quality areas: atmospheric dispersion modelling (such as ADMS Roads, ADMS 5 and/or AERMOD), air quality/dust monitoring and always up to date with current methods, legislation, guidance and standards. You’ll have significant experience in assessing the air quality impacts on human health and ecology. We’re also interested in candidates with experience of assessments for carbon capture and storage technologies using amines.

We'll need you to be numerically proficient, IT literate and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will have substantial experience of analysing data using spreadsheets and GIS mapping tools.


Good financial and project management skills are essential, as are great influencing and communication skills that enable you to build, maintain and consolidate strong working relationships with colleagues, clients and external bodies. Raise and submit Customer Concessions
Compile and manage Customer, Internal and Supplier 8D's.
Liaise with Suppliers and undertake Supplier visits/audits
Undertake Product, Process and QMS audits in line with schedule
Observe and comply with all aspects of the International Quality Systems
Observe and comply with Company Operating Procedures
Take ownership and responsibility for quality and be pro-active in the role of achieving the company target of 100% business quality and product conformance.
To support manufacturing in providing product to customers "On Time and In Full"
Implement and maintain visual management of processes and performance
Continuous improvement activities. Ensure Quality requirements are being followed.
To undertake any other duties as may be required within the scope of the post and participate as and when necessary, in organisational wide initiatives and projects.

About you;

Knowledge and experience of creating APQP, SPC, FMEA, PPAP and Control Plans
Understanding of Customer Product Quality expectations
Quality related KPI's (measured environment)
Ability to manage Suppliers regarding approval, rating and development
Good understanding and competent in leading 8D activity
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Familiar with CMM activity and ability to Interpret CMM reports including capability studies.
Body in White (BIW) Engineering or pressing experience
Experience within an IATF16949/ISO9100 environment
Experience within a QMS environment
MS Office Skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
Time management and planning skills
Driving License.

Fixed Wire Testers

Fixed Wire Testers are needed for mobile roles for our client who is a large electrical compliance company

A van, PDA and a fuel card and full kit is supplied by our client and the basic salary is 36k + a good bonus scheme, the OTE is 42k minimum for this role and the these roles are permanent positions

Overtime will be available and our client supplies the following- Pension, Paid Holidays and Bank Holidays, Test Equipment, Van (Fuel card and personal use included), Phone & Laptop, Uniform, PPE and Hotels booked and paid for and evening meal and breakfast paid

Bonus Scheme- Weekday KPI target - 45 circuits per day / 225 per week (both to be achieved) and bonus after KPI is hit at £2.80 per circuit and Weekend circuit rate - £3.50 per circuit

The work is carrying out works within various commercial, industrial and hospital environments

It is essential that any candidates meet the following criteria, 17th or 18th Edition, and C&G Electrical qualifications such as for example NVQ level 3 or equivalent and a testing qualification such as 2391/4/5 with experience of testing and inspection

Candidates will need to be willing to work away from home when needed and to do some Weekend and Night works when needed (good rates and allowance is paid)

we are looking for experienced Plumbers Mate to join them on a new plant room project. You will be working on the install of 1st fix heating systems, plant rooms, copper mapress / solder pipework and bracketing out assisting the plumbers experience in commercial construction projects is essential, you must be able to demonstrate previous experience on similar projects along with your plumbing abilities.

What You Will Do:

• Supervise the daily operations of the Primecare Coding team.
• Supervise the daily operations of the HBOC team.
• Maintain the workflows and volumes in each queue.
• Provide training for employees on any new processes that arise.
• Work with Manager on all issues and processes.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 5 years of prior Medical Coding experience; 9 years relevant experience in lieu of degree
• CPC certification.
• Experience in facility billing
• Experience with coding multispecialty

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Proficient with Excel and Word documents.

The annual salary range for this position is $57,000.00-$85,400.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
