About our role: As Mental Health Practitioner (and in collaboration the welfare team, disability teams and student relations team), you will have the experience and knowledge to contribute to the delivery and development of a range of services including individual, managing a caseload, and sometimes group work, to provide a professional advisory service for staff and students, internal or external referral, and curation of psycho-educational or self-help resources.
As Mental Health Practitioner you will assist and support the Clinical Lead in promoting, developing, and maintaining a safe and ethical wellbeing service within QA Higher Education.
This will include looking at key times throughout the academic year and proactively planning and organising events and interventions to promote wellbeing activities.
Our role is Monday to Friday business hours with very occasional evening work (6pm finish).

Manage a caseload of undergraduate and postgraduate students with mental
health difficulties and/or disabilities, delivering focused therapeutic interventions both in person and remotely, and co-ordinating support across a range of services to optimise their student experience. Provide targeted support where appropriate at periods of transition e.g. pre-entry, suspense and placements.
Establish effective working relationships with external service providers, (GPs, specialist mental health services, social care), to facilitate students' access appropriate medical support. Promote timely, effective information sharing and collaborative working.
Support in the delivery of all welfare services, this can be on campus, via the phone or email.
Provide urgent triage, assessment and robust, collaborative risk management interventions to students experiencing a mental health crisis, referring to and liaising with internal and external service providers as appropriate.
Provide comprehensive mental health assessments to students presenting with significant mental health needs and provide appropriate advice, signposting and referral on to additional services.

Quality Assurance Technician required to work for a world wide drinks Manufacture based in BD4

Pay : £14.87 ph
Working hours: Continental shift pattern, Including weekends

* Collect samples of product from Manufacturing
* Carry out standardised analytical tests on batches, charge up samples, finished
product, stock holds & complaint samples. Interpret results, understanding brix
(sugar) and pH levels & communicate to production or appropriate personnel.
* Carry out standardised analytical tests of raw materials including mineral water
and comminute
* Set up of HPLC instrumentation
* Using standardised calculations determine, recommend & recheck material
adjustments for the IPC.
* Use the Manufacturing Execution System to release syrup batches to production
* Taste testing of all finished goods batches, identifying issues where appropriate
* Follow standardised procedures to determine acid and brix levels in customer
complaints and report on findings.
* Following standardised procedures test chemical oxygen demand (COD) and pH
levels of environmental samples
* Check packaging and coding against specifications using SAP system,
communicate results & ensure extra checks are carried out if failures have been
determined. Identify product to be held if out of specification.
* Organise storage of retained samples & ensure housekeeping in both Laboratory
& keeper room is maintained to a high standard.
* Use Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for recording of analytical results &
comply with all other documentation systems as referred to in the procedure
manuals.

As a Data Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and integrity of data across various systems and platforms. You will be responsible for testing data pipelines, validating data transformations, and verifying data accuracy throughout the data lifecycle. This role involves owning and running RUN and BAU tasks, making you an integral part of our data management and governance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute data test plans and scripts to validate data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Perform thorough data validation, quality checks, and monitor data inputs/outputs for quality.
• Identify, report, and track data-related issues, collaborating with data engineers for resolution.
• Review and validate data transformations and models for consistency, accuracy, and integrity.
• Test data migrations, warehouse updates, and database integration projects; automate testing where applicable.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to ensure data requirements are met in testing efforts.
• Document testing results, defects, and create detailed reports for data quality metrics; perform regression testing and retesting after bug fixes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in data testing, data quality assurance, or a related role, with proficiency in SQL and familiarity with ETL processes, data pipelines, and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of scripting languages like Python for automating data tests.
• Understanding of relational databases, data modelling, and big data technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools, issue tracking systems, and collaboration platforms, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
