About the Role:

As a Control Systems Lead, you will lead service technicians on the team with maintaining, troubleshooting, and modifying Material Handling (MHE) controls systems equipment to ensure operational performance. You will support the Operations Maintenance team by designing solutions for difficult problems and managing projects. You will help train, and mentor service technicians and contract technicians.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures
• Troubleshoot and modify software programs for material handling control systems, including PLC/PC controllers, Allen Bradley Controllogix and Compactlogix PLC platform utilizing RSLogix 5000 software package. Including Industrial networks such as Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Profibus, AS-I, motor control systems, servo drives, frequency drives, and electrical distribution systems.
• Act as first level escalation support for the control system technician teams. Appropriately escalate downtime situations to vendors or headquarters for support to restore equipment operation.
• Apply subject matter expertise in material handling and electronic control systems to maximize building utilization of systems
• Monitor MHE metrics and partner with Controls Technicians and Mechanics to resolve equipment electrical problems that create performance deficiencies. Perform controls systems assessments to maintain and improve equipment reliability
• Partner with Facility Operations leadership, equipment vendors and parts suppliers to plan and coordinate new technology installations. Acting as the technical consultant for capital projects inside the building
• Communicate technical issues and project timelines with building leadership, operations and the maintenance team.  Explain production impacts and work closely with operations and engineering to ensure a thorough understanding of impact to systems
• Develop training plans for Control Systems Technicians

Basic Qualifications:

• Associates degree with a focus in in Electronic Technology or equivalent experience 
• 5+ years of experience with Motor Controls (motor starts, variable frequency drives, DC drives, and standard electrical components) 
• 5+ years of experience with programming HMI components
• 5+ years of experience with Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) programs
• 5+ year of experience with Robotics system components and controls
• 3+ years with SCADA systems and KPI's
• Experiencing interpreting and modifying mechanical and electrical drawings

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 4+ years of experience in the Electrical fields, or in Control Systems development, troubleshooting and programming
• 4+ years of experience supporting advanced automation controls systems maintenance and development
• 3+ years of experience supporting a wide range of conveyors and sortation systems
• Leadership and project management experience
• Experience with ASRS systems and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

• Ability to reach overhead, kneel, squat, climb steps/ladders and frequently lift a maximum of 50 lbs. of equipment

What you will do

The Sprinkler Inspector is responsible for meeting customer expectations while performing quality inspections.

How you will do it

• Perform routine inspections, testing, servicing, installing and preventative maintenance of life safety product lines as well as similar competitive manufacturer's product line.

• Work with low voltage wiring and associated devices for the operation of low voltage equipment.

• Learn to complete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding through communication devices, such as laptop computers and/or hard copy.

• Follow and maintain a highly structured inspection schedule.

• Input, retrieve and archive inspection documentation program via the laptop computer.

• Make minor repairs and programming changes while under the direct authorized supervision.

• Complete assigned inspections on time.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What we look for

Required:

• Minimum of five years of experience with sprinkler systems.

• State of Kentucky Sprinkler License or NICET II certification.

• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, programs schematics and operational/product manuals.

• Experience with hand tools and multimeter usage.

• Experience with wet, dry, pre-action, deluge and foam systems.

• Demonstrated aptitude for troubleshooting systems and performing necessary repairs.

• Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record. 

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.

• Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs.

• Ability to work in unusual and sometimes difficult position such as climbing ladders, scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.

• Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotation, nights and weekends to meet customer requirements.

• Willing to travel out of town.

• Demonstrate a high level of customer service.

• Ability to adhere to, implement, and follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.

• Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and an ability to learn quickly.

Job Description:

• Perform assigned routine laboratory tasks and learn the application of Quality procedures to ensure compliance.

• Work with SAP enterprise system to enter laboratory data and release material.

• Typically involved in routine testing of products and supplier materials and/or stability testing.

• Implement tasks and participates with teams.

• Ensure compliance with Quality procedures and maintain documentation

• Test raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods using a variety of techniques

• Handle hazardous materials in accordance with safety and company policy

• Other lab duties as assigned, including management of product retentions, streaking of microbial culture plates used in daily testing, and pH testing.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Microbiology or other related Life Science plus 1-2 years experience or High School Diploma with 5 years experience is required

• Experience must be in a microbiology laboratory, or related experience.

Knowledge and Skills

• Proficiency in PC spreadsheet, word processing, and database applications required

• Prior experience working with general microbiology techniques preferred

• Knowledge of the following industry regulations FDA (Food and Drug Administration), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) / QSR (Quality System Regulation), ISO (International Organization of Standardization) is preferred

Key Role:

Plan and perform hands-on testing efforts of a client's information systems and infrastructure to expose weaknesses in security controls. Lead testing efforts from cradle to grave with other penetration testers, providing expert guidance, direction, and judgment during testing. Document and convey test plans, test results, and remediation recommendations in formal reporting formats. Participate in technical exchange meetings and brief client senior leadership on actions, findings, and countermeasure recommendations to support mission objectives and reduce risk to their organization.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in network vulnerability testing, Web application security testing, network penetration testing, red teaming, purple teaming, or adversarial testing
• Experience with creating Rules of Engagement (ROE), test plans, and scripts to aid in testing efforts
• Experience with using, administering, and troubleshooting major platforms of Linux, including Ubuntu and Red Hat
• Experience with Windows environments and Active Directory concepts of enumeration, exploitation, and post-exploitation
• Experience with programming with Perl, Python, ruby, bash, C or C++, C#, or Java, including scripting and editing existing code
• Experience with tools, including WebInspect, AppDetective, Metasploit, C2 Framework, Burp Suite Pro, Responder, Bloodhound, Nmap, Nessus, Core Impact, and Powersploit
• Knowledge of applications, databases, and Web server design and implementation

About the Role

The Warehouse Quality Specialist is accountable for working cross functionally in the application, understanding and compliance of their assigned Quality Systems. The Warehouse Quality Specialist reports to the Warehouse Management
