Customer Quality Analyst

They are recruiting for a customer quality analyst to join their wonderful team!

The role focuses on improving customer journeys and processes across key operational areas (New Business, Customer Services, Collections, and Resolutions) to enhance retention, customer experience, and reduce business risks.
Key Responsibilities

• Analyse customer interactions to identify trends, knowledge gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Operate within framework to ensure continuous improvement in customer service.
• Collaborate with Operations and Insights teams to ensure accuracy in quality and process reviews.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations through customer interaction reviews.
• Support internal and external QA calibrations to align with standards.
• Provide constructive feedback to Advisors, Seniors, and Team Leaders.

Skills & Experience

• Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
• Experience with Excel and MI reporting systems.
• High drive for personal and team development.
• Experience in adhering to QA processes in a regulated environment.

This is a temporary contract currently until mid 2025.
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM based in Milton Keynes.

Location: Milton Keynes

Hours: 3 days on, 3 days off rotating shift pattern, 18:00-06:00

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Your Duties Will Include:

* Support and assist with unannounced BRC and customer audit preparation and factory performance on the day, aiming to retain AA+
grade.

* Management of the pest control site visits and non-conformance close outs

* Supervise the QA / Technical team including co-ordinating rotas, responsibilities, and attendance.
* Working with production and the QA team to ensure paperwork is correct and traceability is maintained.
* Support customer visits from the Technical side of the business
* Continually train, coach and develop the production team and the QA operatives working in the factory on anything technically
related
* Continually monitor shelf-life samples, to ensure the protection of the business and the end customer
* Co-ordinate micro analysis testing, trending, and performance
* Generate and record Technical KPI’s within agreed timescale and communicate internally
* Be the product quality ‘champion’ covering everything from specifications, quality and aesthetics of the product




Experience:

* Previous experience of working in a QA role in food manufacturing environment
* Level 3 Food Safety and Hygiene
* Level 3 HACCP

* Microbiology
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy, i.e. paperwork
* Must be able to communicate effectively across departments and work well with others
* Good English (written, verbal) and good basic numeracy
* Ability to work in an organized, methodical manner
* Good IT skills
* Ability to understand & apply the requirements stated by line manager of; current applicable food legislation, BRC Global
Standard, and customer codes of practice
