We’re looking for a Wise Philippines Compliance Officer to strengthen our compliance team. Based in Manila, Philippines. you will work with a growing team of multidisciplinary specialists globally (Product, Treasury, Expansion, Engineers) to help build world-class products in the Philippines. You’ll also manage and strengthen the teams’ relationships with regulators by being the regulator’s point of contact, keeping everybody informed and protecting our most valuable asset – our customers.

Your mission:

• Building and continuously improving the compliance program in line with our mission to be instant, convenient, transparent and eventually free.
• Maintain our regulatory licence for the Philippines: (i) regulatory reporting and filing, (ii) regulatory liaison and (iii) leading our audits.
• Build trust with our regulator: manage and coordinate meaningful reporting internally and externally, respond to information requests, and proactively communicate product changes and notifiable events. 
• Help Develop systems / processes to track and monitor our regulatory risk, compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Work with teams within Wise to educate them about Philippines regulatory requirements, and empower teams to build risk based processes which are clearly documented. 
• Scrutinise and test compliance programs, including quality assurance, analyse findings and work with Operational teams to develop our risk based approach, provide constructive feedback and be responsible for resolutions, including addressing any audit findings.
• Adapt your focus on different compliance issues depending on growth plans and compliance needs.
• Work with global Product and Operational teams and travel to our operational offices.

• Advises on, integrates, monitors and/or performs duties concerned with the Safety, Reliability, Quality and Mission Assurance disciplines for Launch Vehicles managed by the Launch Services Program.
• Responsible for integration and coordination of all independent mission assurance flight readiness aspects for assigned missions; ensuring mission unique hardware, first flight items, and launch vehicle hardware anomalies are evaluated and assessed.
• Maintains cognizance of launch vehicles from mission launch vehicle selection through launch campaign activities and integrated vehicle/spacecraft operations.
• Reviews mission products and advises the Launch Services Program and Technical Authorities on the appropriate mission risk above the baseline (residual risk) for the launch vehicle; Ensures sufficient risk acceptance rationale exists.
• Supports the launch countdown, providing recommendations on any anomaly resolutions and presenting the go/no-go position to SMA management, and ensures acceptable resolution for any post flight anomaly observations.
• Serves on panels/committees and working groups responsible for conducting detailed technical/programmatic independent assessments on vehicle systems and fleets.
• Evaluates and integrates mission related assessments and reviews and keeps the Directorate informed of progress and unusual issues/concerns.

• The nurse consultant applies expert clinical knowledge to guide patient safety/clinical risk management practices with the goal of enhancing health care delivery and decreasing the risk-of adverse events.
• Utilize statistical and epidemiological tools to assist staff in the analysis of data from adverse/sentinel events, close calls/near misses, or project findings.
• Serve as a facilitator and guides patient safety review teams in the identification of the causes of adverse events as well as identifying and implementing practical, measurable, and sustainable corrective actions.
• Participate in continuous readiness projects and conducts site visits to assess organizational processes for compliance with regulatory agency and accreditation standards requirements.
• The incumbent utilizes a combination of patient safety tools and evidence-based practices to improve measures of quality and patient safety.
