As a Supervisory National Bank Examiner/Bank Examiner (Large Bank Technical Team Lead) with emphasis in Compliance, you will:

• Lead and conduct complex compliance examination activities including BSA/AML of the largest and most complex banks.
• Develop compliance guidance to include BSA/AML and respond to interpretive implementation issues and evaluate systemic risks and assist in the evaluation and measurement of compliance risk across the large bank population.
• Participate in strategy development and planning and conducting examinations, preparation of reports and presentation of findings and recommendations.

• YOU WILL/MAY:
• Ensure that regulated establishments produce a safe product by executing appropriate inspection methods, determining non-compliance with regulatory requirements, documenting noncompliance and initiating enforcement actions, where warranted.
• Verify that meat and poultry slaughter and/or processing establishment's Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Plans meet regulatory requirements.
• Execute Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Plans effectively to prevent unsanitary conditions and adulteration of product.
• Review records, observe plant operations and conduct hands-on verification to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and prepare detailed documentation (Non-Compliance Records) of non-compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Determine when regulatory control action is necessary. You will assess whether the plant's corrective or preventative actions are acceptable and effective, if there are trends in noncompliance, or if an enforcement action is warranted.

1. This position will support the Federal Government's response efforts to COVID-19. Conducts an information program to elicit support and involvement in fire prevention, detection, and suppression. Secures client interest through emphasis of pertinent fire prevention topics and developing messages from actual fire incidents.

2. Performs regular and periodic fire protection inspections for all areas of the installation where the potential severity and expectancy for fire is high and involves hazards that are difficult to recognize and, once identified, require advanced or innovative methods to reduce or eliminate them.

3. Inspects, tests, and corrects deficiencies on a variety of fire protection systems, many of which are complex or designed for a specific operation or hazardous condition, (e.g., carbon dioxide cascade systems, halon total flood systems, heat rise detection systems, and interlock systems).

4. Reviews engineering plans and specifications for new construction, alteration, and extension of existing structures.
